Life is more fun when you’re fit! I gather my experience from the odd combination of strength training and dance. This unique combination allows me to not only help you get stronger, but also more balanced and mobile. We pair this with a vision of eating as natural as possible, and you get a philosophy that you can apply throughout your whole life, not just the weeks before summer. Having trained people half my life, I know the philosophy stays the same, but the application is different with every individual. Regardless of your situation, the aim is always to make it as simple as possible for you, so you have the time and energy for what’s important in life.
